www.nher.co.ukFrom December 14th 2007, every property entering the market will require an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
Only an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor will be able to produce the EPC.
I am based in Swindon; NHER accredited and operate in North Wiltshire, South Gloucestershire, and South Oxfordshire.
The cost of an EPC will depend on the size and complexity of the property, the average price for a three bedroomed, semi-detached house will be around £60.
For this you will receive an electronic pdf. document by email.
From October 1st 2008, all rented accommodation will require an EPC.
I am offering an efficient, safe and professional service, maintaining the highest levels of integrity to all clients. I aim to carry out inspections within three working days of agreeing to an instruction, and will endeavor to lodge certificates on the day of inspection.
I am happy to work outside normal office hours to satisfy any clients needs.
