Only an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor can produce the EPC.
I am based in Swindon and NHER accredited.
The cost of an EPC for a three bedroomed, semi-detached house will be around £45.
For this you will receive an electronic pdf. document by email.

I am offering an efficient, safe and professional service, maintaining the highest levels of integrity to all clients. I aim to carry out inspections within three working days of agreeing to an instruction, and will lodge certificates on the day of inspection.
I am happy to work outside normal office hours to satisfy any clients needs.
